REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS
We're sorry you didn't love your SMD product. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return.
Please contact us by filling out the contact form, with the reason of your return and we will send you instructions on where to return it. We must receive your message within 30 days of your purchase.
The items must at least be half full, in order to be considered for a refund. You will receive a refund to your credit, debit card or paypal account for the purchase, depending on your payment method, which does not include the shipping fees. Any and all return shipping fees are not covered by SMD Cosmetics and are the responsibility of the customer.
There is a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
SHIPPING
SMD Cosmetics offers free standard shipping on U.S. merchandise orders to U.S. territories $100 and over (excluding taxes). Free standard shipping orders are processed, in general, within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday. Typically, you will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. International orders will vary individually. We do not ship to many countries, so please clarify that shipment to your particular country is possible prior to making your purchase. International order deliveries and time schedules will depend on your specific order and delays and customs fees may apply. If we do not ship to your country at this time, we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future.
